Confraternity of Christian Mothers women who support one another in prayer and strive to become the mainstay of spiritual life within their family and a source of blessings to the community. We celebrate Mass at 8:00 AM on the third Tuesday of each month at Immaculate Conception Church. After Mass, we enjoy a brunch and have a brief meeting. All Mater Dei women are invited to join.
Men’s Club of Mater Dei is for all men of the parish who are beyond high school age. The organization provides opportunities to get to know other members of the parish and to build new friendships. The Men’s Club helps provide for some of the needs of the parish through monies raised by our world renowned Lenten Fish Fries and other projects. Dues for the Men’s Club are $10.00 per year. Men’s Club meets the first Monday of the month, except during the summer and Christmas season.
Third Order Carmelites-while not an organization of the parish, under the direction of the Discalced Carmelite Nuns of Sioux City, follow the example of the Carmelite Order.
Knights of Columbus-Council 5660, while not an organization of the parish, this fraternal order of Catholic men support vocations and many other needs of the Church and parish. The local Council meets the second Tuesday of the month.
St. Serra Club-while not an organization of the parish, is an international organization whose purpose is to promote, pray for, and support vocations to priesthood and religious life. Members of the parish are part of the local chapter.
Personal Product Pantry- located at the parish office at 1212 Morningside Avenue, provides personal hygiene items and cleaning products to anyone with a picture ID with an address on it. The pantry can be used once every three months. The Personal Products Pantry is open every week on Monday from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
Meets every Monday 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Brennan Room at the IC Parish Office to answer questions about the Catholic faith.
Offers men of the parish a chance to meet Thursdays at 6:30-7:30 a.m. to pray, share and support each other.

Are you between the ages of 19-26 and want to study with a small group of girls to better learn your faith?
We meet every other Sunday evening 5:15pm at Immaculate Conception thoughout the school year at the Parish office in the basement.

We are a small group hoping to be a large group. You don't need to know how to quilt to join, we will teach you. Owning a sewing machine and having basic knowledge how to use it is helpful. Everyone is welcome. We will be making quilts for ourselves and to donate. We meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mater Dei office in the Brady Room.
